From human to image
The works are kept graphic, the details are left with their character-building spontaneity. Nadja Lerch works with living models with whom she has a personal relationship. The individual expression is not only reflected in the way of painting, but communicates with the viewer. A relationship is established that distances itself from the decorative and places the personal in the centre. The formats are freely chosen and subordinate to the idea. The chosen media and colours also serve the sole purpose of creating an effect and open up new creative paths.
